2 Bread Makers one compound I created approved and activated YUM YUM

One recipe two bread makers. Hope you like it. Ingredients as in the video: 40ml olive oil 360 water (can be a bit warm) 4g salt Heaped Teaspoon Cinnamon 55g Oat Bran 55g Rolled Oats 400g Wholemeal Flour 13g Quick dried yeast 55g Raisins 16g Sunflower Kernels 42g/1/4 cup almonds set the machine for light crust, 750g BASIC and you're good to go. Tasty and fills you up. Nutritious. I tried using oat Bran as a substitute for Psyllium husk which can be expensive in the USA. Feedback, if you have made this or similar, appreciated. Thank you.

This bread that is shaped very much like a small plump pizza, is actually a distant cousin of the pizza and some may even have a hard time telling the two apart. This is because this bread can actually have very similar toppings on it that can make it look just like a tiny pizza. While they are very much alike, the fact is that they are not the same and do have different places in the Italian cuisine circles.
